Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your jewelry in its original Adornmonde pouch and box, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
